My recent stay at Auberge De Jeunesse Le Camp De Base was filled with cozy comfort and delightful surprises. the clean and well-located hostel welcomed us with a variety of amenities, including a shared kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze. the on-site restaurant and bar boasted smoked specialties and regional microbrewery beers, adding a delicious touch to our evenings. We took advantage of the shuttle service for convenient explorations of the surrounding area, which offered a range of popular activities for outdoor enthusiasts like us. the staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience with their local knowledge and recommendations. Our dormitory room, though simple, provided a comfortable stay with a shared bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The charming terrace and shared lounge were perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures, while the opportunity to enjoy a satisfying meal at the restaurant was a highlight. the proximity of Auberge Le Camp De Base to attractions such as Saguenay National Park and Mont Edouard made it an ideal base for our explorations.
